Dyno 3DC Sports stainless-steel exhaust147.5 HP 156.0 TQ

NotesUse common sense: Exhausts are hot. So remember to let the exhaust cool down before you start wrenching. Also, WD-40 all of the hangers and bolts to make the exhaust swap as easy as possible. If you don't heed our cooling advice, at least wear gloves if you want to get started before the pipes have fully cooled off.

ProsThe exhaust fits like a glove and leaves little to be desired in terms of appearance and sound. Even better, the exhaust is fairly easily accessed when the car is at stock ride height. The exhaust also has what counts. We made 3.2 hp and 2.9 lb-ft of torque. We even gained of up to 4 hp and 5 lb-ft of torque in the low- to mid-rpm range.

ConsAlthough we made power throughout the band, we only gained 3.2 hp and 2.9 lb-ft of torque at the peak. Each vehicle will react differently to modifications, and since this is a short B-pipe and muffler assembly, a full system might have performed differently. The larger wheels and tires can easily affect the dyno figures; if we were on stock wheels, the outcome may have been different.
