When Forza Motorsport debuted on the Xbox a couple of years ago, Xbox fans finally got their own Gran Turismo-type driving sim. Its great lineup of vehicles, excellent tracks and its very impressive Xbox Live features drove that game right to the the top of the best-seller lists to become a huge hit and an award-winning game title.

Now with the Xbox 360, developers have a more powerful console and greater flexibility to bring gamers more cars, and some new features and extras not possible on the original Xbox console. The new stats on the cars are impressive, and even the most serious gear head will be able to tune and adjust cars exactly to their personal specifications. Plus, all the exterior car customization options return for the ultimate in-car personalization.

Game programmers, race car drivers and automotive engineers worked together to bring gamers another amazing driving sim. All cars in the game run and function like real-world vehicles. While racing, tires wear down and any damage sustained will affect overall vehicle performance; the advanced tire and suspension models respond to pressure changes, heat, and weight transfer. Gamers with tuning expertise will get to show off their skills in the garage by installing new engines, brakes, suspension kits, racing slicks or superchargers. Also available is the ability to adjust gear ratios, tire pressure and suspension settings to build the ultimate racing vehicle.

Over 300 vehicles are available from 50 of the top car manufacturers worldwide and include hot cars from Lamborghini, Porsche, Nissan, Ferrari, and GM. It's always sweet to race on real tracks, and Forza 2 doesn't disappoint with the inclusion of Silverstone, Tsukuba, Road America, Laguna Seca and a few more for a total of 13 tracks. Other tracks take place in 18 environments including great races running through famous cities worldwide like Rio de Janeiro. Show off cars and driving skills online with Xbox Live, and take advantage of all the hot features available for the best in online racing. Forza Motorsport 2 for Xbox 360 was worth the wait and uses all the new hardware to its best advantage.
